Experience Transformative Breathwork Sessions with Asha​

Hi there. My name is Asha Wilkerson and I’m a healing guide for black women and women of color who want to become free by shaking the chains of expectations that hold them back.

Today, I want to give you a glimpse into what my breathwork sessions are like and how they can help you reconnect with your true self.

Breathwork is a powerful practice that involves conscious breathing techniques to promote physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. They help reduce stress, release emotional blockages and enhance self-awareness.

One technique that I use is the circular connected breath, which involves continuous breathing without pausing between inhales and exhales. This promotes a deep sense of relaxation and clarity.

Another technique is the three-part breath, which involves breathing into the belly, then into the chest, and finally exhaling. This helps you bring balance to your mind and body.

We start by creating a safe and comfortable space for you to relax. This might include dim lighting, soothing music, and some grounding exercises. I will guide you through the breathwork technique, whether it’s the circular connected breath or the three-part breath, ensuring that you feel supported and safe throughout.

During the session, you may experience emotional releases. This is a natural part of the process, allowing you to let go of stored emotions and stored trauma.

After the breathwork, we will take some time to integrate the experience with gentle movements or quiet reflection. In order to be comfortable and to get the most out of the experience, wear clothing that allows you to breathe freely and to move easily.

You should also stay hydrated before and after the sessions and most importantly, come with an open mind and be ready to explore your inner self.
